This Terms & Conditions describes when you purchase goods from (stanleydrink.com), contact me, or otherwise pass through Etsy.com When using my service, (stanleydrink.com) (“I”, “Me”, “my”) how and when to collect, use and share information or its related websites and services.

By agreeing to purchase goods from (stanleydrink.com) or otherwise interact with (stanleydrink.com), you mean that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this privacy policy.

-With Etsy. I share your information with Etsy when necessary in order to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use；

-With third-party service providers. I hire the following trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for my store：

Transfer of personal information outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party escrow services in the United States and other jurisdictions. Therefore, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction where data protection and government supervision laws are different from your jurisdiction. If I need to transfer information about you to a region outside the European Union, I will rely on privacy protection as the legal basis for the transmission, because Google Cloud has passed the privacy protection certification.
