This Terms & Conditions describes when you purchase goods from (stanleydrink.com), contact me, or otherwise pass through Etsy.com When using my service, (stanleydrink.com) (“I”, “Me”, “my”) how and when to collect, use and share information or its related websites and services.

By agreeing to purchase goods from (stanleydrink.com) or otherwise interact with (stanleydrink.com), you mean that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this privacy policy.

I may change this privacy policy from time to time. If I make changes, I will notify you by modifying the date at the top of the page.

This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy or through (stanleydrink.com). You can refer to the Etsy privacy policy to learn more about Etsy’s practices.

In addition, when I interact with a third party to use your information, I will make every reasonable effort to notify you; however, you are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and agreeing or disagreeing with any third-party privacy policies.

Information I collect

In order to complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (you authorize Etsy to provide it to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and details of the product you ordered. If you contact me directly, you can also choose to provide me with additional personal information from time to time.

Why I need your information and how I use it

I collect, use and share your information in several ways permitted by law, including:

-Provide my services as needed, such as when I use your information to complete your order, resolve disputes, or provide you with customer support;

-When you provide your affirmative consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, for example by registering for my mailing list or receiving my notifications;

-If it is necessary to comply with a court order or legal obligation, such as retaining information about your purchase in accordance with tax laws; and

-Necessary for my own legitimate interests, if these legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as (a) providing and enhancing my services; (b) complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use;

Information sharing and disclosure

Protecting customers’ personal information is essential to my business, and I take this very seriously. For these reasons, I only share your personal information for very limited reasons and limited circumstances, as follows:

-With Etsy. I share your information with Etsy when necessary in order to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use;

-With third-party service providers. I hire the following trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for my store:

I share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services;

-In the case of business transfer. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of the transaction to the extent permitted by law.

-Comply with the law. If I sincerely believe that it is reasonably necessary to do so, I may collect, use, retain and share your information: (a) to respond to legal procedures or government requests; (b) to fulfill my legal obligations bound by the agreement; (c) to prevent, investigate and resolve fraud and other illegal activities, security or technical issues; (d) to protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

How long do I store your information

I only retain your personal information for the time necessary to provide you with my services and as otherwise stated in my privacy policy. However, I may also need to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce or fulfill my agreement. I usually keep your data for the following period of time: five (5) years.

Transfer of personal information outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party escrow services in the United States and other jurisdictions. Therefore, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction where data protection and government supervision laws are different from your jurisdiction. If I need to transfer information about you to a region outside the European Union, I will rely on privacy protection as the legal basis for the transmission, because Google Cloud has passed the privacy protection certification.
